The restaurant’s décor reflects its name, featuring shades of rich blackberry, purples and greens, complemented by silver and crystal. Savour the flavour of dishes prepared with ingredients from the lush surrounding countryside from the menu which changes according to the seasons and after dinner, enjoy your coffee in ‘The Loft’ lounge, suspended over the restaurant and relax amongst the panoramic views over the Ribble Valley.
