Or visit the magnificent Harris Museum and Art Gallery, with its collection of 19th century fine art and 20th century textile prints it is ideal for some pre-conference inspiration. Preston plays host to several fantastic museums including the Harris Museum & Art Gallery, with its major collections of historical and contemporary art and sculptures. Have a zen moment in the Japanese Rock Garden in Avenham Park, designed by Edward Milner during the 1860s. You can also enjoy a stroll along the River Ribble.
