Both Fleetwood and Cleveleys centres will be refurbished and modernised to a high standard as part of a wider development programme of the Visit Wyre service.
In order to have this work complete in time for the start of the 2010 season, both will need to close from Monday 23 November for approximately three months.

Jali in Blackpool has been crowned with a prestigious AA Rosette, it is the first Indian restaurant in the area to pick up the accolade.

Judges made a sneak visit to the North Promenade restaurant in October and said they were blown away by its traditional authentic use of ingredients and service.</description>

			<title>Chipping Gets Gold</title>

			<description>Congratulations to Chipping won the Best Village category, a Gold Award and the Tourism Award at the finals of RHS Britain in Bloom Awards 2009.

A floral tractor was the centrepiece of the village's display &amp;ndash; designed by five-year-old George Seed and members of the Chipping in Bloom Action Group.

Chipping is a picturesque village on the slopes above the River Loud. In Medieval days no less than five water mills were sighted along Chipping beck.
